I visited the U3A website, it's seems very well organized and there is a broad variety of choice among the courses. Most of people can find a course fit for them because the list besides to be large contains many different subjects, from history to atronomy, from botany to food. Courses can be interesting not only for Australian but for all. There are also two courses regarding italy: The Romans and Reinassance Italy, i suggest them!

I have checked the Australian U3A web, and speaking frankly I really like some courses........But then I hev also spoken to some teachers from U3A in Kosice, hich really is popular and successful. And they really do not want and will to go online. It is too much work for them. Of course, they give completely different reason for this: isolation of their students - 50+ (actually in Kosice due to the extremely high interest in U3A it is 40+) citizens I do not see too much willingness and hope for U3A online in Slovakia.
